We built a fully integrated system to manage tour scheduling, applications, parent onboarding and tuition payments for a Miami preschool.

  • Custom website with school offerings, all forms for applications and tours, integrated payments and donations, user portals for application details and new student welcome packages

  • Parent portals accessed via user logins for submitting applications and accessing new student onboarding packets and waivers

  • Application forms connected to centralized CRM

  • Donations processing directly on website

Client Problem

  • Website not adequately depicting class offerings, complicated to find tuition details, class info and then submit an application form

  • Using third-party system for applications, not on website, not connected to centralized storage system

  • Using third party tuition payments processor not connected to registration process, requiring manual reconciliation against application data

  • No centralized system for tour scheduling

  • Substantial manual work required to send application info to parents, follow up for completed application forms, manage the review/acceptance process, then send parent onboarding packets/waivers once the student is accepted

  • Nowhere for new parents to access all info about applications to the school, submit an application and pay deposits

  • No centralized page for parents to access new student handbooks, waivers, class calendars, and other details essential to starting at the school
